This $46 million project, constructed a portion of the new taxiway, which included a 17-19” concrete paving, a new 12” concrete ARFF road, asphalt shoulder construction, drainage, electrical/lighting, and FAA NAVAIDS. 12,250 feet of underdrain was installed on the perimeter of the taxiways for drainage. The taxiways were paved with 32,900 tons of P-403 spec asphalt and 53,300 square yards of P-501 concrete.
